Thank you for applying commonsense to the public safety issue surrounding Boston's Big Dig Disaster. As a frequent Boston visitor (think tax revenue), closing the eastbound portion of the Ted Williams tunnel improved my confidence in Boston's management. Even if all the ceiling panels in the Ted Williams Tunnel pass closer inspection, I feel better because it appears that someone in the People's Republic of Boston cares about my safety more than they care about rushing a job to completion so they can collect a $15 billion paycheck.
