It's a good day when I discover some cool, geeky, technology before my 23 year old son, Taylor. Part of the reason I moved from California to Chicago was to gain a 2-hour time zone advantage. I know, Taylor has a 2-hour advantage too, but his comes at the end of the day and being a 23 year old male, his evenings and nights are reserved for other interests.
Well, today's a good day. I found a site called Meez, that helps create a personalized avatar (tiny self-portrait or graphic symbol used to establish identity on chat boards and instant-messaging sessions). The good news is that I discovered and built my Meez avatar before Taylor got out of bed to start his left-coast Sunday.
